Navigate 3.1.3 Tools within the LMS

Discussing this from my previous work experience the student and teacher have different access within the course shell. Overall the student and teacher version are very similar.

Student access:
Email for communication with instructor and fellow students

Course Modules for content information and assignments
Discussion boards for when assignments require extensions
Quizzes/Tests
Announcements on homepage of course
Grade book
Assessments/drop box location to upload work progress
HELP button for pre fabricated guided readings, tutorials, or videos for content
Blackboard live lesson link for students to join tutorial lessons

Instructor access:
Course modules-content
Email
Grade book of all student data, grades, last login, pace, contact log
Announcement/homepage management
Assessment location to grade all work students are submitting in one central location and leave feedback
Overall management of course shell of HELP Button, Homepage, Announcements, Blackboard link and calendar
