Navigate 2.1.3 Commercial vs Open

To me this seems like an obvious answer. When we are trying to reach every student in the state we must make sure we are using viable and secure settings. The security guidelines are clear and easily accessible on the  commercial sites. I was unable to find them on the open site.

To the budget committee free might sound like an amazing option, but will it work on a mass level, can it house not only our student/teacher synchronous meetings, but large faculty meetings as well?

When using a synchronous tool it is not just for the students. As a business we must have meetings as well and as the business grows to numerous teachers will free be able to house all of us for background functions as well?

I believe it is worth biting the bullet and spending the money for an effective commercial product that comes with the necessary security and technological support.
